By leveraging different perspectives, we can create a more comprehensive picture of issues and opportunities, resulting in better decision-making and competitive advantages.
Whenever we launch a leadership initiative, we ensure that the applicants’ pool is as diverse as possible. In 2022 alone, 85% of our placements were diverse hires. In addition, we have placed DE&I at the top of our priority list since 2009. Because of this, we developed D&I talent solutions teams responsible for identifying diverse talent across all of our international consumer sectors.
We continuously monitor changes in D&I trends and use our research and insight to enhance our D&I services and advise clients on how to strengthen their diversity policies and increase the effectiveness of their recruitment efforts.
